Customer Service

I am both satisfied and dissatisfied. I purchased a parka and it did not fit. (too large) I tired to exchange the parka for a smaller size and finally being unsatisfied I am saddled with a parka that fits but the wrong size and a color that I do not like. I am so disappointed with the parka jacket and the customer service at Macy's. I remember the Macy's in San Francisco where I would make special trips to Macy's from the east bay to shop there.

Nice Winter Coat

I ordered this for my 19-year-old college son. He likes it and it fits him well, very warm. He’s about 5’4 and on the stocky top heavy side so I ordered him a large. Fits perfectly.
