Receive product not the website image described

product is not the same as the website shown. Purchase the jacket in orange. The zipper is supposed to be black. But received a product which zipper is orange. ask for replacement due to this and send the same replacement that I just returned. Should change the product image so the customer won’t get confused .

Poorly constructed coat

This jacket is poorly constructed. A eight inch split opened up inside the jacket along the back seam. I can tell the material used was not made for normal use but it was made for style. The fabric was too thin and not durable. So I am in Europe with a coat I am not happy with.

Never received Coat

This was a Christmas gift for my son, and I never received my item. The coat was delivered to the wrong address even though I provided the correct address. Now he won’t have his present to open on Christmas Day.

I did pay for a gift box so its presentable when i give it as a gift. But you put it a box of macys and it was slightly opened already!
