Good jacket, bad customer service

The jacket is great, but not the one I wanted. I have ordered the jacket in midnight navy, 3 days later Macy's cancelled the order, saying that jacket is no longer available. I ended up ordering the same jacket in a different color, but I'm very disappointed, now I am thinking to return it. Your e-commerce platform is a joke.

Ready for a Minnesota Winter

Semi-fitted, but not tight jacket with smooth zippers and a simple, clean look. Easy to wear and pair with most outfits. Warm hood that stays on and sleeves that come down about just past the wrist area. Good for repelling wind and snowflakes. This is a nice winter jacket for a good price that I highly recommend.
