never received the jacket.

I paid for this item, got my other items delivered just fine. this one however never shows it left the facility I waited the allotted days contacted customer service they supposedly sent out a reshipment and it is supposed to be here by tomorrow but again not showing it left their facility. I'm thinking there's some kind of scam with this jacket I'm not sure. but not happy was supposed to be a birthday gift and now im out the money and the item. I guess I have to give it until tomorrow but then I'm filing with my bank and the bbb I could understand once it happening but twice in a row. some worker or something is stealing these or something.
