Extremely disappointed

I bought the Black set in Mens Medium for my son. He is 5'6 145lbs and the set had a nice relaxed fit until I washed the set in cold water with woolite for darks,cool dry setting and the set shrunk 3 sizes smaller and the arms are 3/4 length. I hope Customer service will find appropriate resolution.This set is in the on higher price point,we have been brand loyal to Tommy Hilfiger and willing to pay for the quality items,but this set isn't the quality they are known for...
