Great item

Coat is not only great quality and soft it also is the warmest. It is alittle snug for an xl so do keep that in mind. I was pleasantly surprised with how warm though.

Online order received with loose threads

I ordered the Tommy Hilfiger Men's Sherpa-Lined Softshell Hooded Jacket midnight blue color, and received it on time, as per the estimated delivery date. The jacket looks really nice, as the midnight blue color stands out with the simple design. I really want to like it, however, there were a couple of spots that had loose threads. Hopefully, this is an outlier, and not a trend with these jackets. I will reach out to Macy's to see if I can get an exchange for another jacket. The sales price for the jacket increased slightly since I made the purchase earlier in the month. Presumably, Macy's would honor the original price and allow me to make an exchange, without me having to pay anything extra.

Never received it

After multiple "chats" with Macys and 3 times of ordering a coat... I gave up. Always delayed shipping, then told I would get it, all not to receive it. Took my business elsewhere.

Amazingly Warm❣️

Texas has severe cold weather from mid December through March, needing something very warm for this extreme weather. We also bought one size bigger since the arms are Sherpa lined, so glad we did.
