Fast delivery

Jacket by Tommy Hilfiger

This was a bday gift for a friend and he liked it. I personally did not like the fabric at all and I thought it was cheesy. He had said he did not have a spring jacket, gets cold easily and that is why I got this for him.

Love this jacket

This jacket is very comfortable and most look good because of the compliments I’ve gotten. I wore it to Portugal on a cycle trip. Love the jacket.

Terrible Customer Service

My jacket has still not arrived. I contacted Macy’s and after countless AI interactions, I finally got a person who was completely useless. Other companies have refunded me or sent me another item when the original is lost in the mail. Not Macy’s. They say I have to wait 10 days after the original due date. This has made my purchase of the jacket moot because it was intended as a gift. I asked if they could reach out to UPS to see if they could help me find out what is going on. The customer rep told me “No, we can’t help you.” Awful.
