I like it

I like it! I like the built, quality, and design. It is not heavy and feel comfortable. Space is reasonable to fit any standard size laptop. I do recommend.

Non supportive supervisors

I didnot receive the bag because of deliver issues with ups, and i was rejected for a refund/replacement from both ups and Macy’s end multiple times, even after explaining the situation clearly through calls and chats.
