Need big bust for this dress

I ordered size 2P. The dress falls above my knee. I wish it were one inch longer to fall a bit over my knee. Bust area is almost one inch loose on me, which is a big turn off. Fabric pattern is so beautiful though. This dress is made for petite size with bust size out of body proportion.
