Florals and Stripes are a Winning Combination

This top is Spring personified! The light blue stripes accented by the feminine floral print is so darn adorable. I overlooked that the armholes are a bit large by pairing the top with a lightweight cardigan. Because it's a peplum, it is an awesome silhouette for us pear-shaped women. Size down if you are smaller up top than you are in the hips as the peplum gives your hips all the room it needs. :) Too cute!
