Never Received This Jacket

I purchased this jacket on Dec 1, 2025. As of Dec 21, 2025 I have NOT RECEIVEDTHIS JACKET!!! Worst customer service I have ever received from Macy's. Now I looked at my Macy's bill for January and Macy's wants to charge me for a jacket I did not receive!!!

I LOVE this jacket!

This jacket just arrived and I slipped into it like I had custom designed the perfect jacket for me. I’m seriously in love with a tailored, military-adjacent look and the navy jacket fits the bill to a t. I threw it on over a turtleneck top and dark wash jeans and it looked like I was ready for a date. I highly recommend this if you like a tailored look too. The medium for my 135lb, 5’7” frame perfectly.
