Runs short, ruffled sleeves are ackward

A return unfortunately. I was so looking forward to getting this and upon arrival was saddened by the fit and the way it is made. The ruffled cuffs on the sleeves do no lay and are visually untidy and they feel uncomfortable. The shirt itself is short, and for a size 3X it ran very narrow.
