Runs small

This top runs small and is too long for a short-waisted person like myself. The fabric is a bit scratchy, too. I like the print, and since it was a good price, I will keep it and see if I can soften the fabric and shorten the length. If it wasn't sized so small, the tunic length could be nice. Seems like a junior size more than a misses.
