Wrong color
I ordered a navy blue coat I was sent a red, white and blue coat, that is unacceptable and the 2nd time Macy's online has done this to me. The coats are sold out so I can't even get the correct color. Very unhappy customer
Never received the correct merchandise
I had the coat shipped to the Macys store in Castleton Square mall. They sent the wrong coat and the wrong size coat. The staff at Macy's were unprofessional. The manager on duty was getting loud with ma and raising her voice. The coat was a Christmas gift for my son. They said the coats was out of stock and I could not reorder it. Even if I could have reorder it, it would not have arrived before Christmas.

I’m absolutely disappointed with this order as it arrived with a different colour to the one from the picture. I’ve got a combination of navy, white and red instead of pure navy. Tried to look for that same one again but it’s no longer available. Very disappointed with how Macy’s messed up with this.
Poor Quality Control
Very disappointed. I waited a long time for my jacket and received the wrong item — a lower-quality copy, nothing like what I ordered. The app also doesn’t let me upload photos to show the issue. This is the second time it happens, which is surprising from a company that should be reliable. Macy’s needs to improve quality control and the review/photo system.
Catastrophe
Product was ordered and from then only problems. Takes to long to explaining all mistakes. But please look for other supplier before you order on Macys
