Wrong item

I’m absolutely disappointed with this order as it arrived with a different colour to the one from the picture. I’ve got a combination of navy, white and red instead of pure navy. Tried to look for that same one again but it’s no longer available. Very disappointed with how Macy’s messed up with this.

Poor Quality Control

Very disappointed. I waited a long time for my jacket and received the wrong item — a lower-quality copy, nothing like what I ordered. The app also doesn’t let me upload photos to show the issue. This is the second time it happens, which is surprising from a company that should be reliable. Macy’s needs to improve quality control and the review/photo system.

I ordered my coat to be a large and when my coat finally came, it was a medium. They gave me the wrong size and when I tried to call them to tell them, they gave the wrong size. They said I would get a refund, but I had to order the coat again once the money came back on my card instead of just giving me a new one for free since I paid for it already and since they made the mistake, but they made me wait until I get the refund on my card back to pay it again, but since it wasn’t my fault, I thought that they should give me a refund and also give me another quote that I want of the coat in a different size
