Usually Urban outfitters and American eagle 4 size average. But per chart given for these jeans 10 would be the size to buy. So either I don't know my daughter's measurements or the chart is off. They fit pretty huge. And there's no skinny about then. They're amazing looking but need to return them :(

I love this pants a lot as it is give a slim shape to my body, and I feel that iam a bit thin in this pants, it comes a bit bigger in size, as I always wear 16 size but it seems I should go for 14 from this pants. but I can manage this ,,, no problem

Awesome pants that this normally size 8, athletic 50-something, with strong legs, needs a size 12!! Perfect fall color (Aubergine), and a GREAT alternative to boring black. Go up 1 size if you have slim legs.

I love the look and feel of these jeans. They can definitely be dressed up or down. I thought the sizing was accurate at first - they fit well in the thighs and are a nice length (I'm 5'7). But when I went to button them I realized they are meant to be very tailored and snug in the waist. If you have a flat stomach or a small waist, then they will be true to size. If you have any extra - thighs, tummy, butt, height, you will need to go a size up. I'd say it's worth it though. My last pair of waxed denim were NYDJ and cost 3 times as much as I paid for these.I'm sizing up and buying both colors.

We'll see how they hold up long term. I agree, they run small. I wear a size 4 (in other Tommy also), but in these jeans a size 6 fits like a 4 if you want a fitted look. Or for more of a loose look, go up one more size. I love this color because it isn't black. I received a compliment on them already.

But beware... they run super small. I'm size 4 in INC and Ann Taylor, had to buy size 8. SO worth it though. Don't pass them up!
