Online orders are becoming a problem

Took a long time to place this order. I ordered it yesterday and it showed up cancelled. I ordered it again today but ook a long time. My history was challenged and I had to keep entering my shipping info. Tiresom

very disappointed

I am very disappointed with the quality. I received a pajama set that already had a hole along the seam of the pant leg, and there is no way to return it because it was a final sale. All the tags are still attached. I’m extremely disappointed that they would even ship an item in this damaged condition.
