Wasn’t sure about the dress; but, thought I liked it enough to give it a chance. The dress was a hit! Glad that I took the chance as I love the rich colors and can see myself wearing for multiple occasions. TH continues to get it right!

Sloppy, bad service

I bought this dress in Macy's Palo Alto store. The clerk assured me that she would mail the dress to me if I waited another day to get the 30% off sale. I agreed, paid but NEVER got the dress. When I tried to call the Macy's store, I got lead to a disconnected line. Now I have to try again tomorrow to sort this out! Talk about bad service! @Macy's either send me the dress or remove it from my card!
