DISAPPOINTEMENT

I purchased this product online from Macy’s on November 30, and it was never delivered. I requested a reshipment through Macy’s chat, and they confirmed that the item would be resent within 24 to 48 hours, but it never arrived. When I contacted them again to find out what happened, the excuse was that the product was low in stock, and I was never informed of this. This was my first purchase from Macy’s, and it will be my last

Comfortably Great Shoe

This shoe is so comfortable. The inside has quilted padding. The fit is perfect. I was afraid there would be an uncomfortable seam across the toe, but there isn't. It's a flattering shoe too, it can be worn with jeans or for dressing up.
