Beautiful cardigan!

The quality of this sweater and the gray color is exceptional. Because it has a boxy fit, I am returning the size M and reordered in a S. Tommy tends to run a little larger, so I am sure the S will be fine! I will layer it with a long-sleeve white crew or turtleneck for warmth in the cooler temps.

I made over 5k is purchases lately. I send a 4 items back due to fitting and defect in jewelry. They scanned two of 4 items back & expecting me to return the other items when they were in the same box same return slip. I have called customer service numerous times and all the Indians that answered the call knowledge they understood the issue and assured me that they would submit a claims & refunds and still nothing. The most recent agent placed a whole new order and now I have two of the same things pending a return to be received- she order and submitted a refund on her end. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed and upset because there is nothing that’s being done after calling so many times. Now I have more return which I’m afraid to send back and have to find times or days off to take to mall. I plead for them to investigate the person recovery the returns. MATERIAL NOT IT ITCHY FEEL TO IT AND RAN BIG
