Sizing issues

While this is a nice buttoned shirt, I don’t know what’s up with Tommy Hilfiger’s sizing. I have several of these shirts from earlier. The same size in the newer shirts is a good inch and a half tighter than the older items. No, the old ones are not stretched out or a different material.
