Good quality, wrong design

I was sent the wrong sweater. I had ordered the green one that has a polar bear and received a green one with a fox. This was disappointing and is the second time I have received an incorrect item from Macy’s. Aside from the wrong item, the quality is good. It’s a lighter weight sweater which works well for my needs.

Too small

I own several Tommy Hilfiger sweaters, all in size small. This one says slightly large so I ordered my usual small. I have to return because it’s WAY small. I love them so I want to reorder but I can’t decide on medium or large. I’ am 5ft 6in and weigh 122 lbs. ok
