Good quality, wrong design

I was sent the wrong sweater. I had ordered the green one that has a polar bear and received a green one with a fox. This was disappointing and is the second time I have received an incorrect item from Macy’s. Aside from the wrong item, the quality is good. It’s a lighter weight sweater which works well for my needs.
