Quality control lacking

I received this top and wore it once. I didn’t realize that the collar wasn’t sewn correctly and there is a hole where the seams should be connected . Someone should have caught that error and it never should have left the factory that way. Make sure when you receive any clothing that the seams are actually sewn correctly before you wear it. Lesson learned.

Bad purchase experience

This sweater was ordered 11-4, I was charged for it, shipping said ‘delayed’ to 11-25, and postal service said package was never received to ship to me. By mid December the item was not received and sold out online so I called for a refund. That’s where things got awkward. Clearly a language issue but customer service couldn’t understand the item was delayed not delivered. After much effort I obtained a refund but am really frustrated with the comment on my account that says “keep the item” that I never received.
