Airedale Sweater

I bought this as a gift online. We are 2 hours from a Macys. The sweater is nice but the security tag/anti-theft tag was left on the item. The sweater itself is wonderful, but do not know how to get the tag off. Very frustrating. The only reason for the 2 is because the security tag being left on. I guess I will need to send it back to get a new one.

Terrible experience

Never arrived. Disappeared in shipping for a couple of weeks. Finally received a refund, and then saw to reorder it would be a higher price plus shipping compared to my initial purchase with free shipping. Likely won't order from Macy's again.

Whoops

Never had this ever happen. Ordered a size large pull over sweater and a size medium sweater for Christmas gifts. The medium arrived with a note that the large sweater would arrive in a few days. The large sweater was supposed to be in the box that was delivered. Surprisingly a pink child's item was in the box. I received a babies pink outfit. Not an adult sweater. I am so disappointed.😢
