Disappointment

I ordered these shoes at side 7.5 regular width. They are very tight and narrow making them impossible to wear. There is no arch support at all at and the insoles are not comfortable at all. The shoe is not what I expected.

Not true to size. They are narrow and normally I am a 6.5, however these fit as though they were 7.5.
