Terrible Customer Service

Macy’s literally sent me the sweatshirt with the security tag still attached and then made it seem like it was no big deal when I contacted them about it. They said they would send me a return label by email to return and get another sweatshirt sent to me and I’ve yet to get the return label. Terrible customer service!!
