Christmas gift that delivered!!!

I received this piece as a gift from my parents at Christmas. I took it for a girls’ getaway, as it was to be in the mid 50 degree weather. I wore a light sweater under it and it completed my outfit. I needed this lighter coat in my wardrobe. Wonderful addition to my closet!!!

receive the wrong item

I received the wrong item When I initiated the return with customer service, it was catastrophic an additional 10 days for the reshipment, which is simply not acceptable was disappointed

Gorgeous but size down

Perfect trench, but size down at least one size. Good design, good execution. Nice medium weight. Love raglan sleeves ~ designers, are you listening?
