Beautiful dress for a summer outdoor event

The dress fits well and looks beautifully. The red and blue hue is very pretty. I wear a small petite, but it doesn’t come in petite size. I hemmed up the lowest tier and it’s ok for the occasion. Since I love this dress, I’ll get a professional alteration to hem up an inch at each tier so each layer will have even length.
