beautiful but broke in the first 6 days

This bracelet is gorgeous, but after only 6 days of wearing it with a sedentary lifestyle, the tail snapped off. The tassel is too thick and stiff to the point to where it will snap if it is flexed. Very upset because I loved it. Macy's received it over 2 weeks ago, and they have not yet refunded me.
