Unfair treatment

I bought this coat for my daughter and it was too small. She tried for less than a minute, we put it back in the package and returned the item, (I don't own a dog or cat). a few weeks later I got the package back and I had no explanation why I was receiving the item back. I contacted Macys customer care and I was told it was in not seleable condition. I can't understand why someone made such a wrong decision. The item still have the tags, I don't have a cat or dog, there was not even a speck of dust in it. Macys should not claim they accept returns if that is tio true. Very disappointed and I will not buy anything here for a long time.

Beautiful coat. Lightweight & Warm.

I love this coat so much. It has a lot of pockets and is not bulky yet it keeps you warm. I got the light blue and it is beautiful. Runs on the larger side.
