This is the worst pair of boots I've ever brought from Macy's I was very disappointed I don't have money to throw and now I have to without boots and I will not buy any boots from Macy's again. The whole bottom of my boots came off and I was embarrassed.

No good

The Heel broke off once, I called Macy's for a refund, they replaced them free of charge. Then in November 2022 which was 4 months after the second pair had arrived, the heels broke off after one use. Do not recommend buying. I believe the purchase is no longer replaceable or able to be credited back to me but I guess I should have known they would fall apart again.

The boot feels so good. It is so comfortable and roomy inside.My boots are as soft and playable as the first time I put them on! I am very happy with this purchase!

Ruined after 8 uses

I loved these boots until my nephew dropped something under the table, I crawled under to get it, and the carpet completely took off the top layer of the shoes by the toes. I’ve worn these maybe 8 times and they look terrible now. It’s past the return window unfortunately. I would’ve expected more from these

Broke with a week of using it

I bought this boots for my trip, because were pretty and comfy but with a week of using it. They broke. I'm very disappointed of the quality

Poor quality

I guess I'll post it again because for some reason it didn't post. I went to take my boots off and the bottom part became detached. Imagine the visual I am on a family trip and these are the only boots that I have and it snowed in Virginia. I just bought these in October so I am very disappointed. I do not recommend!
