Nice jacket and pants.

I bought the one-button blazer and Sloane pants in one color and received so many compliments on the ensemble that I bought them in another color.

Incorrect Item Sent But Still Charged

Very unprofessional of Macy staff/customer service. They sent an incorrect item and delivered status was shown on the app. My Macy’s credit card was charged although I did not receive the item (the Tommy Hilfiger blazer). I called customer service and spoke for so long. The customer service did not know what to do but said to return the wrong item which I will do today itself. But they did not care to deliver my original item. I have ordered so much from Macys continuously but this type of error was very inconsiderate. The Macy’s staff/cashiers at the stores and phone customer service are not polite and not skilled. Truly very upset with this matter.

interior lining

Loved exterior, but not a fan of striped lining (red, white, blue) as this wasn’t visible on website photos. Buttons also have Tommy circling buttons
