Comfy shoe but not best quality

Pretty and comfortable shoe. Wore about 5 times and noticed the seams on the base of the shoe are shredding and coming apart. I would return them but , I am past the 30 days per Macy’s to return which is unfair considering I only purchased in the spring and wore 5 times.
