Only good for the trashcan

Quality of the fabric is very poor - The dress looks rather cheap and tacky, honestly. I did not know it was a no-return item - perhaps the only way you can possibly sell it. The collar is white and flimsy and shiny...why??? And of course, fabric-care is dry clean - and with a white collar, it will not even make it to the end of the first day of wear. I will not be wearing it, but throwing it in the trash.
