missing belt

The dress I got has white stains and was missing the belt. Called customer service to ask for refund to return damaged item , was on the line for 30 minutes only to be told that I wasn’t going to get a refund for the damaged item.

Poor design

The belt is sewn onto the dress, but the buckle is in the back. Very difficult to fasten. Returning.
