Don’t expect correct item from Macy’s!

I waited forever for this to arrive. I got it and loved it but they sent me wrong size! I called and it was available and the gentleman said it would be sent to me. Great. Never got confirmation so I called. No record and it was no longer available. So I am somewhat upset with Macy’s!
