Really used jacket sent to me.

I have the black of this jacket and decided to get a different color because i liked how the jacket is tailored. Unfortunately a very used Camel color was sent. It is OBVIOUSLY used. I tried to send it back to get another one but was told its out of stock. I intend dry-cleaning and using but requested a discount from Macys and was only given $16 back. Not fair enough. Feeling very dissatisfied with the services received and the fact that I was sent a used item for something I paid in full.

Hilfiger camel single breasted coat

Beautiful coat but I’m 5’1 and 140 pounds - arm length was very long and coat overall needed to be smaller - petite may have worked but not an option

I am 5’2 about 220lbs. I purchased the coat when it was on sale. The length is just past my knees. It’s a very nice coat. It looks classy. It’s warm. It fits perfectly. You may be able to wear a light sweater with it. I received compliments when I wore it.
