Beautiful Dress

This dress was PERFECT! You can dress it up or make it more casual if desired. I love the flow at the bottom of the skirt and the d=flowy sleeves too! I dressed it up and wore it to a wedding but you can wear it more casually as well. I am a 12 or 14 and the 12 was much better! Loved this dress!
