Flattering & cute dress with a waist!

This is a flattering but still fairly modest dress, if you tie it in front (with two tie points you have options)...Yay! I thought it was perfect for an (almost) formal event because I did not want to buy a full-length 'gown'. It actually has a highish waist and a flared skirt (in a nice lightweight fabric which was lined!), so it didn't look like a sack on me. I liked the teal/green color combo on a black background and the flowing drape of the skirt. I'm not a youngster (nowhere near 35) but I think it could suit a woman of any age who doesn't feel like wearing a Hollywood red-carpet type of style to a wedding, banquet or whatever.
