Well made but sizing off

I was really excited to receive this jacket and matching pants. Well made. Plaid is bold but still work appropriate in an office setting. Jacket way too small in bust and shoulders. Not even close to fitting. Pants loose in the waist, normally my problem area, but didn’t have enough room in the thighs to drape properly. Sadly going back.
