Not true to size and wrong color!

I usually order a large size in Tommy and didn't have any problem with the fit. This dress though is not true to size. I feel like I'm wearing a 2xl. Also, the color that was delivered was not the color I ordered. I ordered the sky captain color but the color that was delivered was true navy. How disappointing! I will certainly return this item.
