Cute but..

This jacket is cute and goes with everything. I have some TH shirts, and it’s great coordination. It is warm, but not stuffy. But there are flaws. 1. The jacket is slightly cropped and sits right on my waist line. However it’s still comfortable. 2. What really annoys me is the designer placed the two side pockets nearly in the back of the jacket! It’s very off and not functional at all to basically fish my car keys out of my back.

Need a help with return

So I got this today, the quanlity is like regular sweatshirt- it is not warm at all. Looks like thick cotton. Medium is super big. I am in between small and medium actually more on medium side. When I ordered it it didn't say it can't be returned but now it says it is final sale. Now I can't return it or if I can get store credit. I do have Macys account and shop all the time. If customer service can help me with it please.
