So sad ! Never received the shoes from Tom’s

Beautiful shoes that I never received. The shoes were sent out from the manufacturer. UPS never received them … nor did I ever get a Tracking number . Somehow they got lost in transit but still Macys said I received them. I always order from Macys Online and this is the first time that this happened to me. So… I lost out on that purchase. ☹️

Received worn stinky shoes

How embarrassing is it to receive a pair of clearly worn (gold dust stripped at the point, stinky on the inside, tag detached, and the white paper outside). I am obviously returning these but how gross for someone to wear a pair of shoes and returning them after. And Macys: how embarrassing is that you don’t control the quality of your shipments.

Runs big!

Runs very big. I usually wear size 6 and the size 6 for these flats fits like a size 7. Need to downsize by half or 1 size. Otherwise a clean, simple look (which I like). Ordering a smaller size, so hoping it fits!
