Wrong color received three times

Ordered these boots in Stitched Beige Suede, but instead I received Dune Suade/Mettallic Suade. This happened 3 times, so there is clearly something wrong on Macy's backend. Super frustrating and I have given up. Otherwise, boots are pretty comfortable, though the shaft is pretty wide.

wrong shoe sent

Ordered this shoe 3 TIMES - what can I say? I thought they were cute and unique. ALL 3 TIMES I WAS SENT THE WRONG COLOR! Noticed others had this problem too so I think important to share!

Different color

They sent the boots in a different color than the one I ordered, I didn't even try them on because they were already sold out of the color I wanted.
