Wrong color received three times

Ordered these boots in Stitched Beige Suede, but instead I received Dune Suade/Mettallic Suade. This happened 3 times, so there is clearly something wrong on Macy's backend. Super frustrating and I have given up. Otherwise, boots are pretty comfortable, though the shaft is pretty wide.

wrong shoe sent
