How many voice actors can play Daniel Tiger? :(

Our family absolutely love Daniel Tiger, so this Tonie was a great Christmas present for my 2 year old little boy. However, I’m so disappointed in the poor audio editing on this Tonie figurine. Tonies… WHY did you not use the same voice for Daniel throughout the audio? I understand wanting to connect the different episode clips together into one story, but this inconsistent voices for Daniel just seem cheap and lazy. Thankfully my boys haven’t noticed it…

Inconsistent Daniel Voice!

Honestly, the content is great and perfect for a little Daniel tiger fan, but I’m surprised none of the reviews mentioned the strange voice-acting inconsistencies. Mid-sentence, Daniel’s voice will suddenly switch to what sounds like the Max character (very obviously deeper in tone)—even though, based on the dialogue, it’s clearly supposed to be Daniel. This is mid sentence, not just a new segment with a new voice. It’s so odd and It really pulls you out of the story when it’s that noticeable and distracting. Again, so shocked no one mentioned this at all in the reviews and that this final audio got approved by Tonie? Is that why it’s out of stock everywhere now? Hope they come out with more Daniel Tiger options in the future because the content is fantastic, but also pray that they take more care in the execution and quality.

It's a hit!

We love the lessons in this Tonie. . . it's okay to feel two feelings at the same time. Our toddler plays it on repeat especially in the morning. Very, very age appropriate.

Best Screen Free Toy

My child loves Daniel the Tiger! This tonie is so great, great audio and storytelling it sounds just like the show! Plays with the tonies daily, loves having control over what’s playing, volume and having background music/stories while they play!!
