Haven't received my order

This was actually a birthday gift and I ordered it with plenty of time for them to ship it. The party has already passed and the item still has not shipped according to my order number. Idk that it is macys because it says ships from vendor but it is still terrible customer service. I could have ordered from target and already had them.
