I did not receive the product I ordered

I’m very confused. I received a plain pink case instead of the fairy one? The whole point I ordered was because my daughter loves fairies? This is so disappointing

It's a hit!

Our 3 yr old granddaughter loves the bag. Happy to put her tonie box and characters in it for save keeping and carry it around. Good quality and nicely padded to protect stored items. Also very cute.

My granddaughter loved it.

The fairy bag was such a hit. She stopped opening presents and went and put her Tonie box and all her tonies in the bag. She loved it.

Kids love it

I want to give this five stars, but we can barely hear through the headphones and the tap to forward the tracks continues to stop working until the Toniebox shuts off and restarts.
