Macy Messed Up

I ordered this item on November 23 as a Christmas gift, with the understanding that it would be delivered to the store for pickup. It was never delivered. I called customer service three times and was repeatedly told, “It is in transit.” The item was then sent back to the Macy’s warehouse, and on my fourth call I was informed that it was no longer available. After spending an hour on the phone with Macy’s customer service, nothing was done to resolve the issue—they only offered me a different item at a higher price. Thank you, Macy’s, for ruining a little boy’s Christmas this year.
