Shame on Macy

I just read some of the reviews. I placed my order on 10/12/25. Have not received item. States item not able to be delivered to my address. And item returning to sender. I contact customer service and they just tell me a claim has been issued and item will be redelivered in 10 days. They I try to get more information from customer service and they try to disconnect. I ordered from Macy’s after cancellation of my Target order of the same product for a sale price. Now I’m going to not get the deal I thought. Shame on Macys for allowing this scheme to happen to their customers. First order and going to be my last and going to cancel the Macy card I was approved for. I don’t want to be scammed again by buying something from this site!!

Find a new Shipping Company.

Ordered this item last week, to be sent to my Grandson for his Birthday. My son received a phone Call yesterday, stating that the item was delivered to another address even though the correct address was on the Box. So now it is. Ring reshipped and will not make it in time for his Birthday Party. Very disappointed in this transaction.

The Best Toy!

Super fun! My grandchildren LOVE their Tonies boxes. This one was nice because it had 4 figures. Tonies boxes can play music and read stories. So wonderful.
